PLEASE HELP US CONTINUE TO KEEP OUR STAFF AND PATIENTS SAFE. We are committed to providing services while taking all necessary steps to keep both our patients and our staff safe.  In order to do this, we are unable to treat patients at risk of COVID19/Coronavirus at our premises.

PLEASE DO NOT VISIT US IF YOU:

  • Have FLU-LIKE SYMPTOMS
  • Have BEEN OVERSEAS IN THE LAST 14DAYS OR;
  • Have HAD CONTACT WITH SOMEONE THAT has recently returned from overseas or that MAY BE INFECTED WITH COVID19.

We are working hard to protect both our patients and staff at this time.

 We remain vigilant with our infection control protocols, and regularly clean and maintain workstations and equipment.  We will be asking that patients and visitors be aware of handwashing protocols.

 To keep us all safe please do not bring unnecessary people with you to your appointment unless genuinely needed for support and/or mobility and we ask that drivers wait in our carpark. 

 We will be screening all patient bookings and we will ask that you assist us to carry on safely proving our services by responding to the following questions:

a. Have you returned from overseas in the last 14 days?

b.Have you been in close contact with someone who has a suspected or confirmed case of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) in the last 14 days?

c. Do you have any of the following symptoms? 

                     i.  Fever, OR

                   ii.  Acute Respiratory Infection with OR without fever e.g.:

a.   Shortness of breath, 

b.  Cough, 

c.  Sore throat, 

d.  Any other cold/flu like symptoms

 

If the answers is yes to any of the criteria above we will be unable to scan you. Please call Healthline on 0800 358 5453.   If your case is urgent you will be referred to the hospital.
